As I sit writing this, the sun is shining through the window, with the promise of some lovely warm weather in the coming months to enjoy at the playing fields.
One of the things to look forward to are the Play Ranger days we have lined up. By the time this goes to press, our first one of the year will have taken place in the Easter holidays. Future dates for your diary include three after school sessions on the 12th, 19th and 26th June (4-6pm) and two whole day sessions during the summer holidays (dates to be confirmed).
We’ve held another draw for our 200 Club members and the lucky winners are; Gary Tolchard and Jenny Steel (£10), Hamish Ebbage (£25) and Margaret Slade (£50). Well done to them and a big thank you to all the local residents who continue to support the playing fields through their generous membership.
Finally, we are all gearing up for BREDON'S BIG DAY OUT, which is back for its third year and promises to be bigger and better than ever! Our much-loved community event will return to BREDON PLAYING FIELDS on Saturday 22nd June 2019. Stallholders and activities 2pm-5pm then live music from Bredon's very own King's of the Hill 5pm-6pm.

New for this year we are launching not one, but two, great family competitions BREDON'S BIG SCARECROW CONTEST and BREDON'S BIG BAKE OFF.
